Drumbellower is one of those cards players keep asking about. Here is, in plain words, what its official text says, the rulings published by Wizards of the Coast, and the combos players actually run.
Official card text
Flying Untap all creatures you control during each other player's untap step.
How it works : Drumbellower
Original English text — Wizards of the Coast / Scryfall
- #1· Wizards of the Coast
All your creatures untap during each other player's untap step. You have no choice about what untaps.
No other card is named in this ruling.
- #2· Wizards of the Coast
Other effects can prevent a creature from untapping during an untap step. You do need to look carefully, however, as many effects say that the creature doesn't untap during its controller's untap step, and this card's ability applies during other players' untap steps. If a card does say this, then Drumbellower can untap it.
No other card is named in this ruling.
