Flux is one of those cards players keep asking about. Here is, in plain words, what its official text says, the rulings published by Wizards of the Coast, and the combos players actually run.
Official card text
Each player discards any number of cards, then draws that many cards. Draw a card.

Interactions with other cards
These cards' text mentions Flux.

Paradox — Impending Flux deals X damage to each opponent and each creature they control, where X is 1 plus the number of spells you've cast from anywhere other than your hand this turn. Foretell {1}{R}{R} (During your turn, you may pay {2} and exile this card from your hand face down. Cast it on a later turn for its foretell cost.)

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may pay 1 life. If you do, draw a card and put a +1/+1 counter on Seymour Flux.

When Gwyndala enters, create a colorless Equipment artifact token named Neuroflux Heirloom with "Equipped creature gets +1/+1" and equip {2}. Attach it to Gwyndala. {2}: Each Equipment token you control becomes a copy of target Equipment you control until end of turn.

Goblin spells you cast cost {R} less to cast. (If it doesn't require {R}, it costs {1} less to cast.) At the beginning of your end step, conjure a random card from Goblin Influx Array's spellbook into your hand.
