Nephalia is one of those cards players keep asking about. Here is, in plain words, what its official text says, the rulings published by Wizards of the Coast, and the combos players actually run.
01
Official card text
At the beginning of your end step, mill seven cards. Then return a card at random from your graveyard to your hand. Whenever chaos ensues, return target card from your graveyard to your hand.
How it works : Nephalia
Original English text — Wizards of the Coast / Scryfall
- #1· Wizards of the Coast
Nephalia’s first ability doesn’t target any card, and players don’t get priority to cast spells or activate abilities in between putting cards into your graveyard and choosing a card to return.
No other card is named in this ruling.
