Bleed Dry is one of those cards players keep asking about. Here is, in plain words, what its official text says, the rulings published by Wizards of the Coast, and the combos players actually run.
01
Official card text
Target creature gets -13/-13 until end of turn. If that creature would die this turn, exile it instead.
How it works : Bleed Dry
Original English text — Wizards of the Coast / Scryfall
- #1· Wizards of the Coast
If Bleed Dry resolves, its effect causes the creature to be exiled any time it would die that turn, not just if it would die as a result of having toughness 0 or less.
No other card is named in this ruling.
