Revelation is one of those cards players keep asking about. Here is, in plain words, what its official text says, the rulings published by Wizards of the Coast, and the combos players actually run.
Official card text
Players play with their hands revealed.
How it works : Revelation
Original English text — Wizards of the Coast / Scryfall
- #1· Wizards of the Coast
This has the supertype world. When a world permanent enters, any world permanents that were already on the battlefield are put into their owners' graveyards. This is a state-based action called the "world rule." The new world permanent stays on the battlefield. If two world permanents enter at the same time, they're both put into their owners' graveyards.
No other card is named in this ruling.

Draw X cards. If X is 10 or more, instead shuffle your graveyard into your library, draw X cards, untap up to five lands, and you have no maximum hand size for the rest of the game. Exile Finale of Revelation.

Whenever equipped creature attacks, choose one — • Bull Rush — It gains double strike until end of turn. • Summon — Create Phobos, a legendary 3/2 red Horse creature token. • Revelation — Discard two cards, then draw two cards. Equip {2}

Return target spell or permanent to its owner's hand. Jeskai Revelation deals 4 damage to any target. Create two 1/1 white Monk creature tokens with prowess. Draw two cards. You gain 4 life.

Choose any target. Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a nonland card. Explosive Revelation deals damage equal to that card's mana value to that permanent or player. Put the nonland card into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.
